Protection of Multi-Family Neighborhoods

CPV works to protect the multi-family neighborhoods of Venice by working against projects proposed for single-family dwellings in multi-family land use designations, i.e. zones. In order to preserve housing and maintain the character of multi-family neighborhoods, the Venice land Use Policies require development to comply with the density and development standards, which call for Duplexes and Multi-Family structures.
